Yemen Update 7

President Saleh's political enemies were supposed to sign a plan but have put it off. The opposing side says that the president keeps changing the agreements. They do not want to sign something they did not agree to. Protests and violence have continued in Yemen. Protesters have been blocking off roads. The protesters have been in the way of every day life and it is now common for the police to start opening fire on them.
