Genocide

Watching "Genocide" before Gilbert Michelin was a good way to start talking about the Holocaust. The movie is moving and powerful. It is also extremely disturbing. I have read many books about the Holocaust, including Gilbert Michelin's, that recall disturbing details about concentration camps and about the treatment of Jews. Those books have an impact, but watching this movie had a different impact completely. Seeing pictures and video footage of victims was horrifying. This documentary makes people aware, who were not already, about what happened. It makes people really think about all of the victims.
